When you will go in Mr Quan Bistrot (it's also called le drapeau de la Fidelité - the fidelity flag) you'll find the graal, ie the cheapest half pint of Paris: 1,50€ for students and 1,60€ for hard workers. The place is quite small so it's regularly crowded, but there's always a small place at the bar where you can stay. If you come early enough, you can eat...the chef speciality is the spaghettis-bobun (between 5€ and 6€). While the father is cooking, his kind daughter is charged of the service.When he has time and he's in mood for it, Mr Quan teachs it's own philosophy to it's customer. A place unique in Paris.
Conclusion: better go there with few people et early (it's closing at 22h30).
